Frequently asked questions

Is this a medical treatment?

No. It is a relaxation exercise. Breathe gently without forcing and stop if you feel dizzy or uncomfortable. Return to your normal breathing.

Can I avoid holding my breath?

Yes. Coherent breathing has no hold phases, and custom settings can set either hold to zero. Choose a comfortable rhythm rather than trying to reach a target.

Why do tones or vibration not work?

Sound needs browser permission to start playback from your interaction. Vibration support varies by browser and device. The visual guide remains available.

What happens if I switch tabs?

The session pauses. Return and press Resume. The final session length can end partway through a cycle; breathe normally when it finishes.
