Meal Planner with Shopping List
Plan the week's breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, keep your own dishes with their ingredients, and get a combined shopping list for everything you planned; print both on one page.
Meal Planner with Shopping List: Ingredients of the dishes you plan are added together: lines with the same name and unit are combined, so 200 g pasta on Monday and 300 g pasta on Thursday become 500 g pasta, and items without an amount, such as salt, appear once. The week, your dishes, and the list are saved in your browser. Runs 100% locally in your browser with zero server file uploads.

Type a meal in each box, or pick one of your dishes from the suggestions. Ingredients of the dishes you plan add up into the shopping list: lines with the same name and unit are combined, so 200 g pasta and 300 g pasta become 500 g. Everything is saved only in this browser.
A worked example
With spaghetti bolognese (250 g spaghetti, 300 g minced beef, 1 onion, 1 can chopped tomatoes) planned for two dinners, the shopping list shows 500 g spaghetti, 600 g minced beef, 2 onions, and 2 cans of chopped tomatoes.
To cook for more or fewer people, change the amounts with the recipe scaler before adding the dish.
Planning tips
Plan dishes that share ingredients, so a bunch of herbs or a bag of spinach gets used up, and cook double one night to cover a lunch. Check the fridge and cupboard before printing the list.
Keep your favourite recipes as cards with the recipe card maker.
How to use it
- Add your usual dishes with their ingredients, one per line.
- Type a meal into each slot, or pick one of your dishes.
