Calendar / date offsets
90 Days from Today
Find a 90-day checkpoint for a return window, probation review or a 90-day medication supply reminder. Check the underlying terms for the start day. Schengen short stays require a rolling 90-in-180-day calculation using every trip; use the linked Schengen calculator for that purpose.
90 Days from Today: Find a ninety-day review date for a probation check-in, a project assessment or a window explicitly stated in your own terms. Ninety days is also a useful planning horizon for travel preparation. Enter the actual starting event; the default of today is only appropriate when the interval begins now. The starting date is day zero. Weekdays exclude it and include the target. Business days mean Monday–Friday; public holidays are included.

A ninety-day date calculation
Use B for the baseline date.
Target = B + 90 calendar days. Beginning on 1 January 2025, move thirty days to 31 January, twenty-eight to 28 February, thirty-one to 31 March and one to 1 April 2025. The total is 30 + 28 + 31 + 1 = 90, and the destination is Tuesday.
Preparing a review rather than assuming a rule
For a probation discussion, you could use the marker to collect feedback and book a meeting. For a stated return window, keep the receipt and the actual policy beside your reminder. For travel, record the approved dates and distinguish visa validity from permitted length of stay. These are separate checks even when each involves a ninety-day number.
The US Naval Observatory calendar guide (https://aa.usno.navy.mil/faq/calendars) supports the Gregorian arithmetic. It describes the calendar, not employment, retail or immigration deadlines; those must come from the applicable terms or authority.
Keeping a travel marker separate from permission
A ninety-day preparation date can remind you to review your travel documents and planned itinerary. The date you choose for that reminder does not determine a visa’s validity, a permitted stay or a right to enter. Use the dates and conditions actually shown on your permission.
If your itinerary involves a rolling Schengen stay calculation, use the Schengen calculator with your visit history and check the relevant authority’s guidance. Keep this forward reminder for organising preparation; a travel allowance requires its own inputs and counting rules.
How to use it
- Read the 90-day result for your local date, or change the starting date and number of days.
- Choose calendar days or business days; the starting date is excluded.
- Read the weekday count and ISO week number, then download an all-day calendar reminder.

Frequently asked questions
Is a ninety-day checkpoint the end of a calendar quarter?
Not necessarily. A quarter is defined by calendar months, while ninety days is a fixed elapsed count. From 1 January 2025 the target is 1 April; different starting dates or a leap year change how the count aligns with a quarter.
Can this establish my probation or return deadline?
It can calculate a ninety-day offset after you confirm that your employer’s terms or purchase policy uses that interval. The relevant document determines the starting event, inclusion rule and any holiday adjustment. No universal probation or return period is implied.
Will a ninety-day offset tell me when a visa expires?
Only when the applicable permission actually defines expiry that way. Some travel permissions use entry and exit days or a rolling stay calculation. Check the issuing authority’s rules and your document; a simple offset cannot assess visa eligibility or remaining allowance.
