Expense Report: Fill In, Total, and Print an Expense Claim
Make an expense report online: list each expense with its date, category, description, and amount, mark what is reimbursable, subtract any advance, and print a clean report with totals by category and signature lines, or download it as a CSV.
Expense Report: Fill In, Total, and Print an Expense Claim: Amounts are added in cents, so totals are exact. Expenses of 120.10 and 0.20 for travel and 18.35 for a meal make 138.65, all reimbursable; with an advance of 50, the employee is owed 88.65. Expenses you mark as not reimbursable are listed but left out of what is owed. Runs 100% locally in your browser with zero server file uploads.
