Static sticker requirements

Telegram’s official sticker guide (https://core.telegram.org/stickers) specifies PNG or WebP with one side exactly 512 pixels and the other no more than 512. Transparent artwork and a white outline help it stand out.

File size and importing

Telegram’s importing documentation (https://core.telegram.org/import-stickers) lists a 512 KB limit for static stickers. This tool exports below 512,000 bytes, a conservative ceiling, and prepares artwork for manual upload.

Frequently asked questions

How do I add the sticker to Telegram?

Upload the downloaded file through Telegram’s sticker creation tools. This page prepares the artwork; it does not create a set in your account.

Will a photograph become transparent?

The canvas and border are transparent. An opaque photo retains its background until you remove a colour here or make a cut-out with the background remover.

Does this make animated stickers?

No. This page exports static images. Use the general sticker maker for other sticker presets.
