Signature Generator
Draw your signature or type your name in a handwriting style, and download it as a PNG with a transparent background, ready for documents and email.
Signature Generator: TOEA keeps each stroke you draw, smooths it into curves, and redraws it at a high resolution, so the signature stays sharp when it is resized. Typed signatures use one of four handwriting typefaces. The result is cropped to the ink with a small margin. Runs 100% locally in your browser with zero server file uploads.

Getting a signature that looks like yours
A mouse is the hardest way to sign: a finger on a phone, a stylus, or a trackpad gives a more natural line. Sign a little larger than on paper and at your normal speed; slow, careful strokes look shaky. Each stroke can be undone on its own, so a bad final flourish does not mean starting again. A pen that reports pressure, such as a tablet stylus, draws heavier where you press harder.
The drawing is kept as strokes, not pixels, and redrawn at a high resolution for the download, so the signature stays crisp when it is scaled down onto a document. The PNG is cropped to the ink, leaving a narrow margin.
Using the signature
To sign a document, open it in Sign PDF, which can draw or type a signature the same way and place it exactly on the page. In a word processor, insert the PNG as a picture and set it in front of the text, so the transparent background lets the signature line show through.
A signature image is easy to copy, so share it only in documents you would sign by hand anyway, and do not post it publicly. Where a document needs proof of who signed and that it was not changed afterwards, a certificate-based digital signature is required instead; an image cannot provide that.
How to use it
- Draw your signature with a mouse, finger, or pen, or type your name and pick a style.
- Choose black or blue ink, and a transparent or white background.
- Download the PNG, copy it, or use it straight away to sign a PDF.
Privacy & limitations
The signature is made in your browser and never uploaded or stored. Only your choice of ink, pen, and style is remembered.

Frequently asked questions
Is a signature image legally valid?
An image of your signature is an electronic signature in the everyday sense, like signing a printout and scanning it. Many everyday agreements accept that; some documents need a handwritten signature, a witness, or a certified digital signature. When it matters, ask whoever receives the document.
Why is the background transparent?
So the signature sits on the page like ink, without a white box over the lines or the text beneath it. Turn on the white background for places that show transparency as black or as a checkerboard.
How do I add it to an email signature?
Download the PNG and add it as an image in your email program's signature settings. Keep it small, around 200 to 300 pixels wide in the message, and remember that anyone who receives an email can save the image.
Should I use a typed or a drawn signature?
A drawn signature looks like your own; drawing a few times on a phone or with a pen usually gives the most natural result. A typed one is neat and quick, and fine where a signature is a formality.
