Address Label Maker: CSV, Sheet Preview and PDF
Make address label sheets entirely in your browser. Map CSV or TSV columns, choose a sheet size or custom geometry, skip used labels and print or download a PDF at actual size.
Address Label Maker: CSV, Sheet Preview and PDF: Parses quoted CSV and TSV fields, including a UTF-8 BOM and embedded newlines. Places addresses row by row using millimetre margins and pitch, with an offset only on the first sheet. The preview, print sheets and PDF use the same text layout. PDF generation uses the existing pdf-lib Helvetica/WinAnsi pattern. Unsupported PDF characters and text overflow are reported before output. Runs 100% locally in your browser with zero server file uploads.

Check the measurements printed on your pack. Margins and pitch can vary between sheets of the same label size; use Custom to match them. Pitch means the distance between the starts of adjacent labels.
3 columns × 10 rows; page 215.9 × 279.4 mm. Top 12.7 mm; left 4.7625 mm; horizontal pitch 69.85 mm; vertical pitch 25.4 mm.
Print at 100% / actual size, select the matching paper and turn off browser headers and footers. Test on plain paper first. The preview guides only print when the outline option is selected.
Addresses never leave the browser. No addresses or filenames are stored or included in analytics. Up to 2,000 labels and 200 sheets per batch.
Envelope printerSheet geometry
Each preset uses the margins, label size and pitch commonly published for that sheet layout, checked on 4 October 2026. The 30-label US Letter preset keeps the exact 2.625-inch (66.675 mm) width. These are template conventions, not a universal standard: makers of the same label size can differ by a millimetre or two, so compare the measurements printed on your pack and use Custom when they differ.
Test on plain paper first: print with the outline option, hold the page against a label sheet and adjust the top and left margins if needed.
Import and printing
Quoted-field parsing follows the grammar described in RFC 4180: https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc4180 , also applied to TSV. The tool accepts UTF-8 BOM and normalises CRLF to LF. PDF uses 72 points per inch and 25.4 mm per inch; text has a 2 mm internal margin. Print at actual size with browser headers and footers disabled.
How to use it
- Paste addresses separated by blank lines, or upload CSV/TSV and map the columns.
- Choose a sheet preset or enter your pack's exact measurements in Custom; set font, alignment and starting offset.
- Check every preview page, test on plain paper and print at 100% / actual size, or download the PDF.
Privacy & limitations
Addresses and files never leave your browser. Nothing is stored, and addresses and filenames are excluded from analytics.

Frequently asked questions
Will a preset match every pack of that label size?
No. Check the measurements printed on your pack, including margins and pitch. Custom lets you adjust the page, rows, columns, label dimensions, margins and pitch. Print a plain-paper test before using sticker stock.
How do partly used sheets work?
Skip first N labels leaves that many positions blank on the first sheet, reading left to right then down. Later sheets start at their first position.
Which characters can the PDF print?
Helvetica/WinAnsi supports Latin and common Western European accents. CJK and other unsupported characters disable PDF download. Browser Print can use local fallback fonts; check the print preview for every line.
What are the import limits?
Up to 2 MB of UTF-8 text, 100 CSV/TSV columns, 2,000 labels and 200 pages per batch. The first row can be headings or data. Country-specific address order can be adjusted by editing mapped addresses as text.
Can I print directly on envelopes?
Use the related Envelope Printer tool for envelope sizes and recipient/return address positions.
