Envelope Printer: Print Addresses on Envelopes

Print addresses directly onto envelopes: paste one or many recipient addresses, add your return address, and choose DL, C4, C5, C6, US #10, #9, A7, or Monarch, and every envelope is laid out at its true size, with the recipient where postal sorting machines look for it.

Envelope Printer: Print Addresses on Envelopes: Each recipient becomes one page the exact size of the envelope: the return address in the top-left corner, the recipient's address just right of centre and below the middle, and space left at the top right for stamps or postage. Addresses are separated by a blank line, so you can paste a list straight from a spreadsheet or a contacts export. Runs 100% locally in your browser with zero server file uploads.

In the print dialog, choose the envelope size as the paper size and feed the envelopes the way your printer's manual shows, usually face up with the flap on the left. The dotted stamp box shows on screen only. Paste addresses from a spreadsheet, one per block. Nothing is uploaded.

Address placement

Postal services ask for the recipient's address in a clear area roughly in the middle of the envelope, with nothing written below or to its right except the postcode.

Sizes

Frequently asked questions

How do I feed envelopes into my printer?

Most printers take envelopes in the manual feed or rear tray, face up or face down depending on the model; print one plain-paper test, mark the top, and see which way it comes out.

My printer cannot do envelopes. What else?

Print on plain paper and use it as a guide to copy by hand, or print the addresses onto sticky labels and put those on the envelopes.

Does it work for other countries?

Yes: type each address exactly as it should appear for the destination country, with the country name on the last line in capitals for international mail.
