Rotate PDF
Turn some or all pages of a PDF by 90, 180, or 270 degrees and save the corrected file.
Rotate PDF: TOEA adds the turn to whatever rotation each page already carries, so a page that was already sideways ends up where you expect rather than being reset. Runs 100% locally in your browser with zero server file uploads.

Right angles only
A PDF page can only be turned in quarter turns. A scan that came out a few degrees crooked stays crooked; that needs deskewing in scanning software, or scanning again with the page pressed flat against the glass edge.
Rotation also suits documents that mix orientations on purpose. A wide table or diagram on a landscape page inside a portrait report reads naturally on screen when only that page is turned, while the pages around it stay as they are.
Fixing a double-sided scan
Feeders that scan both sides sometimes deliver every back side upside down, or a booklet comes out with alternate pages inverted. List the affected pages and turn them 180 degrees in one pass, for example 2, 4, 6, 8, 10. There is no odd or even shortcut, so a long document means a long list, but a single run fixes the whole file.
How to use it
- Choose a PDF.
- Pick the turn, and name pages if only some need it.
- Rotate and download.
Privacy & limitations
The file is opened and rewritten in your browser and never uploaded, which is the point when the document is a contract, a scan, or anything else you would not hand to a stranger. Page selections accept single pages and ranges together, such as 1-3, 5, 8-10. A page number outside the document is reported rather than quietly ignored.

Frequently asked questions
Can I rotate only some pages?
Yes. Name them in the pages field. Leave it blank and every page turns.
Why does it add to the existing rotation?
Scans often already carry a rotation. Replacing it would move a correctly-oriented page; adding to it does what you asked relative to what you can see.
Does rotating lose quality?
No. Rotation is recorded as a property of the page, so nothing is re-rendered or re-compressed.
How do I turn anticlockwise?
Use 270 degrees clockwise, which is the same result.
