Membership Revenue Calculator: Income After Platform and Payment Fees

List your membership or subscription tiers with their prices and members to see your monthly gross, the platform's share, payment processing fees, what you keep each month and year, and the income per member.

Membership Revenue Calculator: Income After Platform and Payment Fees: Gross income is price × members for each tier. The platform takes its percentage, and the payment processor a percentage plus a fixed fee for each payment: 120 members at 5 and 40 at 10 make 1,000 a month, and with an 8% platform fee and 2.9% + 0.30 per payment, 843 is left, or 10,116 a year. Gross income is each tier's price times its members. The platform takes its percentage, and the payment processor a percentage plus a fixed fee for every payment, which weighs most on cheap tiers: 0.30 is 6% of a 5 tier but 1.2% of a 25 one. Income tax and VAT or sales tax are not included; check your platform's current fees, which differ by plan and country.

Annual plans

Yearly memberships pay the fixed payment fee once instead of twelve times, which is why many creators offer a discount for paying annually.
