Official dimensions and formats

Kick’s official upload guide (https://help.kick.com/en/articles/7113467-how-to-add-or-edit-kick-emotes) specifies 500 × 500 pixels, PNG or GIF and a file size below 1 MB. This tool creates a static PNG below 1,000,000 bytes.

Where do I upload my emote?

In the Kick Streamer Dashboard, open Channel, then Community and the emote upload control. This page downloads the artwork and does not access your account.

Does this create animated emotes?

No. Kick accepts GIF as well as PNG, but this page creates static PNG artwork only.

How do I remove a photo background?

Use the colour removal control for a plain background. For a detailed background, create a cut-out with the background remover and then prepare it here.
