Flip Image
Mirror an image horizontally or vertically and download the transformed copy.
Flip Image: Mirror a photo from left to right or from top to bottom, preview it, then download the mirrored image. A horizontal flip can correct backwards writing in a mirrored selfie. Flipping keeps the image dimensions; rotating turns the picture around instead. Runs 100% locally in your browser with zero server file uploads.

Mirror a selfie
A horizontal flip swaps left and right. Use it when a saved selfie has backwards writing on clothing or signs, or when you want the saved photo to match the mirrored view you recognise. Check the actual saved image: the camera preview and photo may have different orientations.
Mirror or rotate
A vertical flip swaps top and bottom; it is not a quarter-turn rotation. Use Rotate Image for a sideways photo. Flipping both axes gives the same result as a 180° rotation.
The tool previews and exports one image at a time, keeping its pixel dimensions. There is no batch option. Metadata is not copied to the new file.
How to use it
- Choose an image.
- Select horizontal or vertical mirroring.
- Flip and download the result.
Privacy & limitations
The image never leaves your browser. Metadata is not copied to the output.

Frequently asked questions
How is mirroring different from rotating?
A horizontal mirror swaps left and right; a vertical mirror swaps top and bottom. A rotation turns the whole picture through an angle. Use Rotate Image for a sideways or upside-down photo.
How do I fix a mirrored selfie?
Choose Horizontal to reverse the saved photo from left to right. Check writing on signs or clothing: readable text is a useful way to confirm the direction. The camera preview and saved selfie may use different orientations.
Can I mirror several photos at once?
No. This tool handles one image at a time. Download the result, then choose the next photo.
