Excel to PDF: Convert Locally in Your Browser
Save a chosen XLSX or CSV sheet as a PDF. Fit columns to page width, repeat a header row, show gridlines and add page numbers.
Excel to PDF: Convert Locally in Your Browser: Lays out the chosen sheet’s displayed values on A4 or Letter pages in portrait or landscape. Fit to width scales columns; turning it off continues wide sheets in column bands. Wrapped cells and repeated first-row headers keep ordinary tables readable. Workbook styling, formulas, charts, merged cells, saved print areas and exact spreadsheet pagination are not retained. Formula cells depend on saved cached values. Standard PDF fonts cover Western European Latin text. Runs 100% locally in your browser with zero server file uploads.

This exports displayed cell values from the chosen sheet. Workbook styling, charts, merged cells, print areas and formulas are not preserved; formulas use saved cached results. Very wide sheets may use small text or continue across pages. Text outside the standard Latin fonts needs a different export method.
Document formats
Office Open XML defines DOCX and XLSX packaging, relationships, text and worksheets. The ECMA-376 catalogue (https://ecma-international.org/publications-and-standards/standards/ecma-376/) describes the format family. PDF page content is specified by ISO 32000; the ISO catalogue (https://www.iso.org/standard/75839.html) identifies the standard. These conversions rebuild useful content rather than guaranteeing an identical layout.
Conversion libraries
PDF creation uses pdf-lib (MIT; https://pdf-lib.js.org/docs/api/), and PDF reading and rendering use PDF.js (Apache 2.0; https://mozilla.github.io/pdf.js/). Both run locally in this tool. No document upload is required.

Frequently asked questions
Does it export every worksheet?
The PDF contains only the selected worksheet. Choose another sheet and convert again for a separate PDF.
What happens to formulas and charts?
Formula cells use the cached values saved in the workbook. Formulas are not recalculated. Charts, styles, merged cells and print areas are not exported. Save and recalculate the original workbook first if its values are stale.
How can I print a wide table?
Use landscape and fit to width for moderate column counts. Turning fit to width off places groups of columns on separate pages. Very wide tables can still need smaller text or rearrangement.
