Word Unscrambler: Find Words from Your Letters

Unscramble letters into words for word games and puzzles: type up to 15 letters, use ? for a blank tile, filter by what a word starts with, contains, or ends with, or keep only anagrams that use every letter, and see every match from a 172,823-word English list grouped by length.

Word Unscrambler: Find Words from Your Letters: Each word in the ENABLE list, a public-domain dictionary used by many word games, is checked against the letters you have: a word fits if every letter it needs is in your rack, counting repeated letters, with each blank standing in for one missing letter. The letters TACOS, for example, make ASCOT, COAST, COSTA, and TACOS, then CAST, COAT, SCAT, and TACO. Runs 100% locally in your browser with zero server file uploads.

Frequently asked questions

Is every word allowed in my game?

How do blanks work?

Why are some words so obscure?
