Pictures are sorted by file name, with numbers in natural order, so IMG_2 comes before IMG_10. A contact sheet is handy for picking photos from a shoot, cataloguing a folder, or sending a client an overview. Your pictures never leave your browser.

IMG_2 comes before IMG_10, as on your computer, rather than after IMG_1 and IMG_19 as in plain alphabetical order.

Why is my sheet very large?
Many columns of big thumbnails make a big image; reduce the thumbnail width or the number of columns.
Does it read RAW files?
Only formats your browser can display, such as JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, and often HEIC on Apple devices.
