Runs entirely in your browser
Plan a room in millimetres, then display metric or imperial units. Files never leave your browser.
Walls snap to the grid and 45° angles. Click the first point to close a room. Drag an item to move it; drag its square handle to resize. Arrow keys nudge 10 mm; Shift uses the grid spacing.
Print at 100% / actual size, with headers and footers off. The scale bar represents one metre. Furniture sizes are editable planning examples; check your own measurements.
Units and scale
The international inch is exactly 25.4 mm and the foot is exactly 304.8 mm. At 1:100, one metre in the room occupies 10 mm on paper. NIST Guide to the SI, conversion factors: https://www.nist.gov/pml/special-publication-811/nist-guide-si-appendix-b-conversion-factors/nist-guide-si-appendix-b9
Areas and planning dimensions
Closed-room area is calculated from the room outline. Furniture outlines and starting dimensions are generic planning aids, not building regulations or product specifications. Check physical dimensions and access clearances before using the plan for a purchase or building work.
How to use it
- Draw walls or add a room by width and length. Click the first wall point to close a room.
- Add doors, windows and furniture, then move, rotate and resize them to your measurements.
- Save the project, export SVG or PNG, or print on A4 or Letter at the chosen scale.
Privacy & limitations
Your plan stays in your browser. Autosave is off unless you enable it, and saved projects are downloaded to your device.

Frequently asked questions
Are furniture sizes exact?
The starting sizes are generic planning examples, including common mattress sizes. Every item's size is editable. Measure the furniture and allow for frames, clearances and open doors.
How does snapping work?
Wall endpoints snap to the selected grid and directions in 45-degree steps. Click the first point of a wall chain to close it and display the room area.
How do I print at the right scale?
Choose 1:50, 1:100 or 1/4 inch equals 1 foot, and A4 or Letter. Print at 100% or actual size with browser headers and footers off. Check the one-metre scale bar with a ruler. A plan that does not fit is reported instead of being shrunk.
Can I continue editing later?
Save a JSON project and load it later. Optional browser autosave can also restore your plan on the same device. SVG and PNG are drawing exports, not editable project files.
