Suffix Lines
Add the same bounded suffix to every line in a text block.
Suffix Lines: Put a repeated ending after each line of pasted text. Suffix Lines adds punctuation, a unit label or another literal trailer without changing the original entry. It helps prepare display lists, but applying a comma does not by itself create a correctly escaped CSV file. Runs 100% locally in your browser with zero server file uploads.

ReadyText is processed locally. The tool uses literal, allowlisted operations and does not execute regular expressions or code.
Append rule with visible whitespace
Let S be the suffix and L a logical input line. Output line = L followed by S, without trimming L. For S = ; and input 12 \r\n\r\n34\r\n, the result is 12 ;\n;\n34;\n. There are three input entries and a one-character suffix, so three code points are appended; the space after 12 remains before its semicolon. The empty middle entry becomes a line containing only the suffix. Join lines places a delimiter between entries instead of after every entry.
Plain text versus structured records
RFC 4180 (https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc4180) describes CSV quoting; use those rules when a list will be parsed as fields. Suffixing neither validates that format nor removes a trailing delimiter. This tool recognises CRLF, LF and bare CR and renders LF line endings. The ending may contain up to 80 code points, with 100,000 input code points and 10,000 logical lines allowed. Repeated endings count towards a 200,000-code-point output cap. Alphabetical or numeric sorting is never applied. The browser’s input cap counts UTF-16 units; some emoji therefore consume two input places. Use trim lines before suffixing when existing edge padding is unwanted.
How to use it

Frequently asked questions
Does a suffix come before or after trailing spaces?
After them. A line ending with three spaces keeps those spaces before the suffix. If the desired result is word followed immediately by a semicolon, trim the lines first. The suffixer does not infer which existing spaces are accidental.
Can I add a comma only to rows except the last?
No. The chosen ending is appended to every logical entry, including the last and any internal blanks. Edit the last ending afterwards if your format forbids it. A final newline remains a separator and does not get a separate comma of its own.
Will quote marks in my input be escaped automatically?
They remain exactly as entered. Adding quotation marks or commas cannot handle embedded delimiters, quotes or multiline fields by itself. Use a format-aware serializer when building structured records. Backslash sequences in the suffix field also stay literal rather than being interpreted.
